  • Automated initial admissions minimise waiting time.
  • Our 24/7 Contact Centre Solutions allows tracking and issuance of LOG at a faster rate with minimised errors.
  • The Predictive Platform allows verification of unnecessary costs, as well as analysis of closing claims for the year, which will enhance the accuracy of renewal premium determination by Insurers or Corporates.




HEALTH CONCIERGE AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS
  • Our in-house multi-disciplinary medical team provides health support via our “eBen Assist Telehealth Apps”
  • Wellness events includes Weight Loss Program, Ergonomics, etc, can be conducted periodically.
